Call for Comments

The Department of Energy, through the Energy Resource Development Bureau, requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular:

“Providing Guidelines and Procedures for the Award of Service Provider Contract for the Acquisition and Processing of New Petroleum Data in the Philippines”

Submission of comments and recommendations should be made on or before 7 May 2024 addressed to:

Submission of comments and recommendations shall be submitted via email to prdd@doe.gov.ph

ANNOUNCEMENT

“The Department of Energy is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Virtual Public Consultation which will be held through MS Teams to discuss the draft Department Circular, entitled “Providing Policies for the Effective Utilization of Ancillary Services in the Grid through Causer Pays Mechanism”

In this regard, we would like to invite your designated representative/s to attend and participate in the aforementioned public consultations. For reference, attached are copies of the draft DC and the provisional program of activities.
